At MMWear, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a simple and hassle-free exchange option to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.


Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
  • The following items are not eligible for exchange:
    • Sale or clearance products
    • Customized products (including without zip orders)
    • Newborn & Innerwear

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
    • Defective product
    • Wrong item received
    • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • Once we receive and verify the product, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Return shipping cost to our warehouse must be borne by the customer
