Exchange Policy – At Magizh Mangai

At MM, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a simple exchange option to make sure you’re happy with your order.

Eligibility 

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Not eligible for exchange: Sale items or customised without zip products.

Exchange Conditions

• Accepted only if the item is defective, wrong product received, or size exchange needed (subject to stock availability).
• Replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify your item.
• Customers bear the cost of sending items back to us.
