At MMWear, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a simple and hassle-free exchange option to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery
• Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
• The following items are not eligible for exchange:Sale or clearance productsCustomized products (including without zip orders)Newborn & Innerwear

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are accepted only in case of:Defective productWrong item receivedSize exchange (subject to stock availability)
• Once we receive and verify the product, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Return shipping cost to our warehouse must be borne by the customer
